Filming has finally finished, on Saturday 3rd May 2008. The final day saw footage for the special scene to be shown in July at the BBC'S Proms. RTD has told DWM, "The Proms scene has been shot, on the TARDIS set, on our very last day's filming in the production run. Though, the Doctor isn't just restricted to the TARDIS, as concert-goers will soon find out. It will star David Tennant and a special returning guest star, and is directed by Euros Lyn. It doesn't have a title, fact fans. We just called it 'the Proms scene'. So maybe we can call it 'Proms Cutaway' for future Doctor Who historians.
And now here are some pictures of Rose Tyler for her return in Episode 11 of Series Four, Turn Left.
She might be working for UNIT. Who knows?

"She's changed. She's hardened. She's been through a lot in her parallel world," explained Billie in an interview for the latest issue of Doctor Who Magazine.
"I think she's been through emotional turmoil. She's quite sad and lonely, but also really bolshy and - that great quality that Rose has - just so headstrong and single-minded."
When asked about the difference between technically demanding scenes and emotional ones, she commented:
"It's just a different kind of intensity, but equally as intense, because you really have to focus. You're imagining things, seeing things, that aren't there. That takes a lot of concentration. But this series will make you cry. That's a promise."
Other things to look out for in the new issue include: actors Steve Pemberton and Joe Dempsie talking about their respective roles in Silence in the Library and The Doctor's Daughter; executive producer Russell T Davies explaining what happened on a recent trip to the BAFTA awards; and previews of Midnight and Turn Left.
Doctor Who Magazine is out 29 May, price £3.99.

Here is a short synopsis For turn left from the doctor who magazine this is also from Ruseel T Davies.
"The Chino-planet of Shan Shen seems like a great place to visit: all flags, pagodas and local colour. The TARDIS twosome are having a right old laugh, messing around on the open-air, ramshackle market stalls... that is, until a Fortune Teller tempts Donna with a free reading. In an incense-laced chamber, this mysterious and cryptic figure starts delving into Donna's past. Searching for something very significant... a single event. And what's that thing, scuttling away in the curtains behind Donna's back...?"Thank You Remember this is only a short review of it.
And some story lines from donna and rose
Donna: "Im nothing special, im a temp, im not even that, im nothing"
Rose: "Donna Noble, you're the most important woman in the whole of creation"

DOCTOR WHO star BILLIE PIPER has banned her actor husband LAURENCE FOX from watching the hit British TV show - because she can't stand seeing herself onscreen.
The 25-year-old actress left the sci-fi series in 2006, but is set to reprise her role as the Timelord's sidekick Rose later this year (08).
And Piper admits she won't let her new husband watch any of the programmes - in case he chances upon an episode with her in it.
She says, "He has never seen an episode of Doctor Who with me in it because I won't let him.
"I get really edgy watching myself, and I get even more edgy with my loved ones because they know me and I feel they're going to take the mickey (make fun of me).
"Sitting down to watch my performances makes me cry. It's even worse watching it with another actor, because he can dissect your performance."
Piper and Fox married on New Year's Eve (07) and are expecting their first child together. Thanks Tardis Newsroom

Digital Spy have revealed some Spoilers for the silence in the library. And i think maybe 2 of these spoilers are not true look Out for them.
There is a Jeffrey Archer continent in the library.
Donna tells The Doctor that she "likes a bit of Hank Marvin" when he warns her about the shadows.
Data Ghosts are footprints on the beach - and the tide is coming in.
The Doctor rants against reading spoilers (irony noted!)
There are two sonic screwdrivers featured in this episode - and neither is any good at dealing with wood.
Psychic paper is used to contact The Doctor, in combination with a kiss (but not from Donna).
Donna flicks through a biography of Harriet Jones, but has to run away before she reaches the final chapter (although viewers see its shocking title, unlike Donna).
A figure from The Doctor's future makes an appearance.
A Dalek's eye stalk is brought up by The Doctor out of nowhere.Thank You

Hi everyone. The bbc site have released another preview clip for the silence in the library here it is.

Just a random picture of mine.
It's taken him a thousand years or so, but the Doctor has finally pulled. Yes, the Time Lord is getting a Time Lady...
In Saturday's episode David Tennant's Dr Who meets Professor River Song, played by the lovely Alex Kingston of ER and Moll Flanders fame.
River is an archaeologist from the 51st century and soon makes it clear that she's had a very close encounter with the Doctor in another time. A show source says: "The Doctor introduces himself to River Song, and it becomes clear they've been an item - but in the future."
Eventually romance blossoms and is actually played out over two episodes, reaching a climax (so to speak) next week.
in the past, the Doctor has flirted with his female sidekicks but despite the occasional peck on the cheek they've never gone the distance..But this is obviously a match made in heaven - Professor Song has her own sonic screwdriver. This is from a newspaper called the mirror newspapers cant be trusted.

BBC Wales and BBC Drama has announced that Bafta and Hugo Award winning writer Steven Moffat will succeed Russell T Davies as Lead Writer and Executive Producer of the fifth series of Doctor Who, which will broadcast on BBC One in 2010.
Moffat has penned some of the series' most unforgettable and acclaimed episodes - including Blink with its terrifying Weeping Angels, for which he was awarded the Bafta Writer Award 2008 on Sunday 11th May. His previous work on Doctor Who includes The Girl in the Fireplace for Series Two, which earned him his second Hugo Award.
His first was for the Series One two-parter The Empty Child, which became famous for its terrifying refrain 'Are you my mummy?'
For the current series, Moffat has written Silence in the Library, a two parter starring Alex Kingston which transmits on 31st May and 7th June 2008 on BBC One. It's been a delight and an honour working with Steven," said Russell T Davis, "I can't wait to see where his extraordinary imagination takes the Doctor. Best of all, I get to be a viewer again, watching on a Saturday night!".So that means Russel T Davies is now leaving Doctor who.

A big row's broken out after a Doctor Who fan put instructions on how to knit aliens from the show on the internet.
The fan, known only by her online name Mazzmatazz, published her patterns for the knitted Ood and Adipose toys to share them with her friends and family.
But the BBC told her to take them down because she didn't have permission to use the Doctor Who name and people were making money by selling the toys.
Mazzmatazz said it wasn't fair and that the BBC was making an example of her.Writing on her blog, she said: "I'm just an ordinary fan, who happens to like knitting and sci-fi, and everything has just gone a bit crazy.
|
The BBC said it had no problem with fans like Mazzmatazz creating things like the knitted Ood and Adipose, as long as no-one's making money from them.
